Congratulations 2016 Book Mark Contest Overall Winner Lawai'a Baptista!!! Lawai'a was one of 82 participants statewide who participated in this contest. Her art work will be used to help promote literacy at Ohana100 community events. Congratulations and great work to all who participated.  Keep on expressing your artistic talent!

RULES:

The Work Must Be Original: You must be the creator of the art that you submit to the competition. Your art must be your own original concept and not a copy of anyone else’s copyrighted material.

·      Crayons, markers, watercolors, paint or colored pencils.

·      One entry per individual.

Copyright: Contest entrants will retain copyright of all submitted work but grant Ohana 100, DKAFF unlimited and indefinite permission to display submitted images on/in Ohana 100, DKAFF website, exhibits, print, display images, and/or any additional event promotional materials.

Non-exclusive Permissions: By entering this art competition, you are granting us a non-exclusive perpetual license to reproduce images of your artwork on our website, in our print media, newsletters, exhibits, website, print, display images, and/or any additional event promotional materials, in the marketing of future art competitions to the general public.

Submission: Send your bookmark in a legal size envelope. DO NOT BEND Bookmark.

Prize: Winners will become an official Ohana100, DKAFF bookmark for a year and will be distributed with books to children in Hawaii and New York. All placed winners will be recognized with a certificate and new book. Each entry may be featured for historical / archival purposes. Any present or future requests for removal will be denied.

By entering this contest, parent/guardian grants permission for Ohana 100, DKAFF to copy, publish, display, and distribute the artwork.
